The Nigerian stock market on Tuesday recorded 75 gainers, 10 losers, and 35 unchanged.
BERGER topped the gainer’s list, while ROYALEX topped the list of losers.
This is as NGX Market CAP also recorded a gain of N1.82 trillion in Naira terms.
The market closed higher by 3,329.48 points, ending the day with a positive market breadth.
The NGX All-Share Index now at 17.65 percent advanced by 3.39 percent, closing at 87,970.37 basis points, compared to the previous day’s gain of 1.92 percent, which closed at 84,640.89 basis points.
Meanwhile, the total volume traded advanced by 34.82 percent to close at N1.09 billion, valued at N16.05 billion and traded in 14,835 deals. JAIZBANK was the most traded stock by volume with N150.64 million, while NASCON was the most traded stock by value with N2.57 billion units traded.
The Gote Index advanced by 9.86 percent to close at 238.79, while the Toni index advanced by 5.53 percent to close at 700.94 basis points.
