NFF wants improved officiating in the NNL

The Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) says it wants referees to improve the standard of officiating in the National League this season.

Matchday one of the 2023 NNL season will continue on Wednesday across all the designated venues.

There will also be matches in the NNL on Thursday.

Top of the fixtures are the games involving Sokoto United and Kano Pillars; Go-Round FC of Omoku vs Vandrezzer of Akwa Ibom

The NFF tasked arbiters officiating in the league to be top-notch professionals and exhibit uprightness, always.

Four teams will gain promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL) at the end of the season.
