NEMSA celebrates customer service week

The Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency (NEMSA) has celebrated this year’s edition of the customer service week.

The MD/CEO of the Nigerian Electricity Management Services Agency, (NEMSA) and Chief Electrical Inspector of the Federation, Engr. Aliyu Tahir Tukur speaking at the Agency’s headquarters in Abuja during the NEMSA 2022 Customer Service Week Celebration urged staff of the agency to stay focused in building the Agency’s brand loyalty towards achieving a better Nigeria where electricity supply is stable and safety of lives and property is assured.

The MD/CEO explained that the customer service week was aimed at celebrating the work of the staff and their efforts are greatly appreciated.

The special guest of honour at the event, the National Coordinator and CEO SERVICOM, Mrs. Nnenna Akajemeli spoke extensively on the theme, ‘Celebrate Service’ stressing that everyone matters and brings value to the table.

She encouraged team spirit amongst staff with good communication.

Mrs Akajemeli also encouraged staff of the agency to work hard with their hands and hearts.

Highpoints of the events included reward to employees for their dedication and commitment to the significant work they do.
