My younger brother’s kidnappers after my life — Man cries out to Police

A 49-year-old man, Shittu Ajewole Mark, has raised the alarm over threat to his life by some unknown persons who had earlier kidnapped his younger brother, Shittu Olakunle Sunday.

According to an extract from the Crime Diary of the Nigeria Police Force, Divisional Headquarters ,Obalende, Ijebu Ode, Ogun State, signed by Inspector Odeleye Olusegun, on July 20, 2023, Shittu Ajewole Mark of number 131, Ondo- Benin Road, Ijebu Ode, Ogun state, at about 17:29 hours, ran to their station to report a case of threat to his life by some unknown hoodlums over the mysterious disappearance of his kidnapped younger brother, Shittu Olakunle Sunday, from their custody.

Mark told the police that the unknown hoodlums threatened to kill him if he failed to produce his younger brother, Shittu Olakunle Sunday, who had escaped from their custody.

He told the police that his explanations to the strange men that the family had not seen his younger brother, Shittu Olakunle Sunday, since his purported escape from their custody and didn’t know whether he’s ever still alive or dead, fell on their deaf ears.

Shittu Ajewole Mark said the unknown hoodlums then insisted on killing him if he failed to produce his younger brother Shittu Olakunle  Sunday .

The police said all efforts to trace the suspects proved abortive as the complainant, Shittu Ajewole Mark couldn’t identify any of the strange men.

The police said following the report ,the complainant, Shittu Ajewole Mark was advised to be very careful regarding his movement and places he goes to.
