Military raid on Bama; 14 sect members killed, man runs for dear life

Following a series of fresh attack by Boko Haram members in Maiduguri in recent weeks, the security operatives launched a massive attack on Bama and it’s environs killing several Boko Haram members in the process.

Bama in Maiduguri is known to be the haven of the dreaded Boko Haram group since it’s inception years ago.

According to reports, the continued massive hunt by the security operatives yielded positive returns as the activities of the sect’s members is said to have declined significantly in recent years

The security operatives attributed the success of it’s troops in the fight against the sect to the detailed information being regularly supplied by some patriotic indigenes and the cooperation of well meaning Nigerians.

The security operatives also declared full support for one Ogunba Adedayo Segun
Who was said to have lost everything to the dreaded sect members.

Ogunba Adedayo Segun Is one of the cooperative and reliable information gatherer and supplier whose valuable and timely information has helped the operations of the security operatives a great deal in achieving victory in the war

According to the source, the security outfit promised to win the war against the sect outrightly as a reward for the 55 year old.

Ogunba Adedayo Segun’s property was callously destroyed when the sect members discovered that the reason why they were rapidly loosing the war and loosing members was due largely to the information being supplied by him. Ogunba Adedayo Segun and family suffered great emotional and physical abuse as a result of the action

Speaking to our reporter in a lengthy telephone conversation, the prominent business man and philanthropist disclosed how he became very successful at his business within a short period after observing his NYSC scheme in Maiduguri. He further revealed how his hard-earned property was completely destroyed by the sect’s members with the full support of his neighbors.

He Lamented how his love for his country and his compatriots led him to loosing all he had worked for all his life.

He also disclosed that his life and that of his family are not safe as he believes the sect members are still after his life following several calls he keeps receiving from unknown people threatening his life.

He is however seeking help from relevant security agencies and the general public while he remains in hiding alongside his immediate family
