Mandate Movement Chairman charges muslims on spiritual growth, unity in spirit of Ramadan
Chairman of The Mandate Movement, Abdullahi Ayinde Enilolobo has extended warm greetings to Muslim communities nationwide as they begin the holy month of Ramadan.
In a statement delivered by Prince Adewale Arogundade, a member of the group’s central working committee, Enilolobo emphasised the importance of reflection, spiritual growth, and unity during this auspicious occasion.
The statement highlighted the teachings of Prophet Mohammed (SAW), focusing on virtues such as compassion, self-discipline, and generosity.
Enilolobo called for a collective effort to cultivate empathy and understanding, aiming to strengthen the sense of community and solidarity among followers.
“As Muslims commence their journey of fasting and prayer, I call upon everyone to join in supplication for the well-being of all Muslims, fellow citizens, members of The Mandate Movement, the All Progressives Congress (APC), and the government of Nigeria. I’m hopeful that this holy month will bring blessings, peace, and prosperity to the nation,” Enilolobo stated.
Expressing concern for those who may have misrepresented or misunderstood the values of The Mandate Movement, Enilolobo extended prayers during this holy month, with a call for positive change and a pathway to greater understanding and unity.
“In the spirit of Ramadan, The Mandate Movement extends prayers to those who may have misrepresented or misunderstood the organisation’s values. I sincerely hope that this fasting period becomes an opportunity for positive change, leading to a path of greater understanding and unity,” he remarked.
Chairman Enilolobo concluded with a heartfelt prayer, invoking Allah’s grace to illuminate hearts and guide towards righteousness throughout this sacred month. The Mandate Movement wishes everyone a blessed Ramadan, filled with peace, prosperity, and spiritual enlightenment.
