Former Arsenal and Manchester City defender, Kolo Toure, has predicted Pep Guardiola’s side to beat Mikel Arteta’s men when both teams clash in the Premier League on Wednesday night at the Etihad Stadium.
Toure also shared his thoughts on the ongoing Premier League title race between Arsenal and Man City.
Arsenal currently has five points lead at the top of the table but Man City has two games in hand.
When asked which of his two former clubs he would want to win the title, the Ivorian refused to pick one side and said (via 442): “It is an incredible title race right now between two great teams and two great managers.
“For me, when I watch games these days, I just try and analyse – those two clubs, I played for them, so I love them.”
On his prediction for Wednesday’s clash, Toure added, “There have been a few draws lately from Arsenal. Manchester City are winning games, they are playing well and I would say they have more chances. Football is football and anything can happen but in my opinion… It will be Man City, as they have the momentum to win.”
The kick-off time for the match is 8 pm, Nigerian time.
