LCCI partners Nigeria’s foreign affairs ministry to host Invest Nigeria conference

The Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) has disclosed that it is partnering with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to host the 2024 LCCI International Business Conference & Expo tagged “Invest Nigeria” with the aim to introduce 15 Unicorn Companies to the Nigerian Economy, Sign landmark investment agreements between Nigeria and other Countries and facilitate the setting up of 1500 new startups across Africa.

The highlights of the event will feature a Business Forum headlined by the Presidency, Heads of Government, State Governments, Members of the Diplomatic Corps, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment, and Leaders of the organized private sector.

It will feature amongst others “The Governor’s session before the keynote address, where five State Governors will speak to the audience on investment opportunities in their states and the available incentives.

“Ten Business to Business Sessions on Oil and Gas, Manufacturing, Agriculture, Fintech, Textile, and Creative Arts.

“Six Government to Government meetings between representatives of the Nigerian government and representatives of other governments.

“Expo section with delegates and exhibitors from at least 50 different countries.”

This event is scheduled to hold on Tuesday 27th and Wednesday 28th August 2024 at the Eko Hotel and Suite, Victoria Island, Lagos Nigeria.
