Landway announces plans to open wellness, polo city

A leading real estate firm in Nigeria, Landway has  revealed its plans to open first of its kind a wellness and polo city on April 3.

The Managing Director of Landway, Olawake Ayilara in an interview with journalists in Lagos, said the city called “Isimi Lagos” would hold an uncountable gift of nature for relaxation and perfect meeting point for technology, architecture and nature.

He said that, “Isimi Lagos” was carefully chosen because it best describes the experience that Isimi Lagos depicts.

He also said that, residents of magnificent city popularly called “Isimi Lagos” would not only enjoy quality time away from the hustle of Lagos but also enjoy the gift of nature and the world around them which would change their limited world of view.

He maintained that, the idyll of the city is feature a natural lake which can be used for every family picnic, and residents in need of event center, wedding reception, can utilize the great opportunity by using the water front which makes for a perfect wedding venue.

Ayilara, who revealed this in a statement, said, families would enjoy outdoor activities like being able to pick their natural vegetable from the farm fruits, while the pet zoo, a fantastic feature within the ranch is guaranteed to be the children’s favorite.

Ayilara also said the city would have a wonderful cafeteria with the most exotic kitchen utensils with organic ingredients freshly harvested from the farm.

He asserted that “Isimi Lagos,” is a serene environment that promotes family bonding and also full of activities for  sports lovers,  some of the world’s best horses, and also surrounded by kilometers of riding trails.

Also mentioned is golf action, that is set to thrill both the pros and the beginners which would make residents fall in love with the game.

He stressed further, that the city would provide an unorthodox means of transportation system such as hybrid electric vehicles and bicycles with a wide road network within the city.

Ayilara, said sophisticated meeting rooms and workspace within the city are equipped with high-speed internet and uninterrupted power to improve efficiency of the residents’ tendency to harness their full intellectual capacity.

In his keynote address, he said, “Landway is known for innovative and disruptive housing solutions,  understanding the clients needs, and then going beyond their expectations with each project.”
