Kwara Gov. condoles with ex-NTA director over mother’s death

Gov. AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq of Kwara has commiserated with a former Director of Programmes with Nigerian Television Authority (NTA), Mr Raheem Yusuf, over the death of his mother, Madam Sifawu Yusuf.

The governor, in a personal condolence message made available to newsmen in Ilorin on Wednesday, said that the deceased enjoyed God’s rare grace of long life and good health.

The governor described Madam Yusuf as popular for being a kind and friendly matriarch who brought families and friends together.

“Her modesty and sense of duty to God and man were known to all who ever met with her, and these fine qualities run in the family.

“On behalf of my family, people and government of Kwara, I commiserate with mama’s family and beseech Allah to accept her good deeds and grant her aljannah firdaus”, AbdulRazaq said.
