I’m a mad man – Portable says

Controversial singer Habeeb Okikiola, populary known as Portable, has declared that he is a madman undergoing treatment at the Federal Neuropsychiatric Hospital in Aro, Abeokuta.

Portable’s claims comes amidst a recent notice issued by the Nigeri Police Force (NPF) declaring him wanted.

The controversial singer had been involved in a violent altercation with three officials from the Ogun State Ministry of Physical Planning and Urban Development, Ota Zonal Office.

He made this declaration on Tuesday while appealing to Nigerians and the Ogun State Government after being declared wanted by the state police command.

In response to the police declaration, Portable posted a series of rants on Instagram, asking for understanding from Nigerians and the state governor, Dapo Abiodun. He claimed he was set up because he was wearing a vest featuring the face of Senator Adeola Solomon, also known as Yayi.

Additionally, Portable emphasized that he is a madman receiving medical treatment at the Aro Hospital. He stated, “I fear the government. I am a liability to the federal government. I’m a madman, and I take medications. You can confirm it at Aro Hospital, where I have a card as one of their patients. I’m from Abeokuta, and they are taking care of me there. I’m not a thief; I help people around me without questioning their background.”
