Illegal structures: Abiodun extends amnesty for regularisation

Further to the directive and magnanimity of the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun MFR, to waive off the payment of penal fees by members of the public who have built outside government acquisition without obtaining building permit to regularise their documents, the amnesty period which expired on the 4th November, 2022 has been extended till December 31st 2022.

This is a further demonstration of the governor’s mantra of” Building Our Future Together” in Ogun State.
Citizens who fall in this category are enjoined to take advantage of this extension to regularise their illegal developments.

This is to provide opportunities similar to that currently being enjoyed under the Property Registration Programme, by those who have built in government acquisition.
