Igbo community commiserates with Dapo Abiodun over father’s death

The Igbo community in Ogun State has commiserated with Gov Dapo Abiodun over the demise of his father, Dr. Emmanuel Adesanya Abiodun.

HRH Igwe Willy Okonkwo Ejimnkeonye, the Eze Ndigbo of Ogun State conveyed this condolence message in a statement issued on behalf of Ohanaeze Ndigbo and Igbo community in the state.

He said the Igbo community in the state received the news of the exit of Pa Emmanuel Abiodun with tinge of sadness but was at the same time grateful to God because the illustrious son of Ogun state lived a worthy life and also bequeathed the hardworking and people-loving governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun to the State.

Igwe Willy Okonkwo prayed God to grant the soul of the educationist eternal rest while also asking the Almighty God in His infinite mercy to grant Gov. Dapo Abiodun and the entire family the fortitude to bear the irreparable loss.
