Idanyin residents calls on Ogun State Governor for intervention on infrastructure development
The people of Idanyin kingdom in Ado-Odo Local Goverment Council Area of Ogun state has called on the state and local government authorities to come to their aid by not forgeting their kingdom in the development agenda for the State.
Speaking with jounalists recently, the Otun Oba of Idanyin kingdom, High chief Okedeyi Lanre Oyero, pleaded with the Governor of Ogun State, Prince Dapo Abiodun, to consider the community for critical infrastructures, such as roads and health care facilities.
He said: “I have no doubt in my mind that God has brought our dear Governor Prince Dapo Abiodun and Engineer Naimot Salako-Oyedele to our dear state for the divine mandate of ensuring next level of good governance across the state.
“I however plead with the governor for the Idanyin Community in his developmental agenda. We want his intervention in fixing our roads Atan-Agbara with Idanyin link road;including good hospitals that can provide qualitative health care for our people in Idanyin. We also plead for the governor’s help in providing jobs for our teaming youths.”
Speaking further, the Otun Oba of Idanyin appreciated the support and prayers of the people to the monarch of the land, Oba Joshua Olawale Aminu JP, the Olu of Idanyin Kingdom for his giant strides towards peace, progress and youth development since his ascension to the throne.
He described the monarch as a visionary modern traditional ruler with ideals and mission who has all it takes to take the community to a greater height.
Speaking, the monarch of Idanyin kingdom, Oba Joshua Olawale Aminu JP (Gbadewolu 1) pleaded for the cooperation and support of residents of Idanyin land towards ensuring that the Prince Dapo Abiodun led government succeed in his determined bid to make life comfortable for all the residents.
He described the governor as a successful enterpreneur, who is a beacon of hope for greater Ogun state.
