Hon. Dajoh emerges Speaker of the 10th Assembly, Hon. Lami Deputy Speaker

Hon. Hyacinth Aondona Dajoh, a member representing the good people of Gboko West in the Benue State House of Assembly has emerged the Speaker of the 10th Benue State House of Assembly.

Hon. Dajoh defeated his co -contestant Hon. Mrs. Becky Orpin representing Gboko East state constituency by pulling 17 members while she pulled 15members.

Hon. Mrs. LamiDanladi representing Ado state constituency emerged Deputy Speaker and was returned unopposed.

It is recall that in a highly competitive race of the 10th Benue assembly speakership, in the initial members vote casts, Hon. Dajoh pulled 16 votes while Hon. Mrs. Becky also pulled 16votes.
