Group commends NNPC Boss, Adokiye over remarkable performance

A group of Niger Delta Ex-Agitators, Niger Delta Freedom Fighters (NDFF), has commended the Group Managing Director of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC), Mallam Mele Kyari, and the Chief Operating Officer Upstream, Engr. Adokiye Tombomieye over their positive efforts in repositioning the corporation in the global oil sector for profitability.
Group’s spokesperson, Comrade Pinadiri Abareowei, in a statement said the duo have made the corporation proud in terms of effective service delivery to the nation.
According to his statement, Mallam Kyari as the corporation’s helmsman has brought a steady growth in the oil production and has eliminated the persistent fuel scarcity in the country.
It further states that the impactful activities of Engr. Tombomieye has come to the notice of the public as a team player and a dedicated staff and has brought transformation in terms of human capital development, ICT, scholarship awards amongst other activities that bear direct impact on the youths especially in the Niger Delta region.
The group expressed joy over the activities of the NNPC towards attaining excellence in the oil sector globally and therefore, urged them to sustain the enviable feat.
The Niger Delta Freedom Fighters added that, “we equally wish to salute President Muhammadu Buhari for his genuine efforts towards the development of the Niger Delta region through the Federal Government development agency such as the NNPC.”
It advised the youths especially in the Niger Delta region to support the federal government and the NNPC management to succeed in order to bring the much needed developments.
They added that only in an atmosphere of peace that the oil sector and economy would boom.
