The Executive Governor of Taraba State, His Excellency, Lt. Col. Agbu Kefas (Rtd) has approved the dissolution of all the Caretaker Committee Chairmen of the 16 Local Government Councils in Taraba State.
In a press release signed by the newly appointed Chief Press Secretary to the Executive Governor and issued to journalists on Tuesday in Jalingo,Yusuf Sanda, the Governor directed the Caretaker Committee Chairmen to hand over all government property in their possession to the Head of Local Government Administration (HOLGA) of their respective Councils with immediate effect.
Recalled that the Executive Governor of Taraba State, Col. Agbu Kefas (Rtd) who assumed office yesterday had already hit the ground running. He had earlier made two significant appointments in the Government House with Yusuf Sanda as the new Chief Press Secretary and Yusuf U andoma as the Chief Protocol Officer respectively.
