Gov. Sanwo-Olu presents 10M naira cheque to family of slain RRS Officer

In line with the Lagos State Government policy of compensating bereaved families of gallant officers who died in the line of duty in the State, the Lagos State Governor, Mr. Babajide Sanwo-Olu has presented cheque of Ten Million Naira to the family of deceased Rapid Respond Squad officer; Inspector Adelakun Azeez.

Speaking at the cheque presentation, Governor Bajide Sanwo-Olu represented by his Deputy Chief of Staff; Mr. Gboyega Soyannwo empathized with the family of late Inspector Adelakun Azeez describing the monetary support as a token and the government’s efforts at comforting the family maintaining that his contribution to humanity is highly appreciated.

Speaking on behalf of the deceased family, Miss Adeola Rihanat Adelakun thanked Governor Babajide Sanwo-Olu for the kind gesture and lifeline, while wishing the government greater success in service delivery.
