Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun has appointed Liaison Officers across the 20 local Government Areas of the State.
A statement issued in Abeokuta on Monday by the Governor’s Chief Press Secretary, Mr Kunle Somorin, said the appointments are made in furtherance of the administration’s inclusive approach to governance, boosting the ‘Building Our Future Together Agenda’ and deepening democracy.
The statement added that the move was to also improve Local Government Administration and bring governance closer to the grassroots.
The new appointees are:
Hon Tajudeen Ishola and Dr. Olawale Bello for Abeokuta North, Hon Ayodeji Shomide and Hon Olalekan Kayode for Abeokuta South, Hon Lawal Adewale Wasiu and Hon Abiola Bakare for Ado-Odo/Ota, Hon Emmanuel Olumuyiwa Babayemi for Ewekoro, Hon Fatai Raheem and Akinjide Adebayo for Ifo.
Others are Niyi Ogunfadebo for Ijebu East, Hon Bayo Adekoya for Ijebu North,TPL. Odumola Segun for Ijebu North East, Hon Sulaiman Oduwole for Ijebu Ode, Bayo Oyekoya for Ikenne, Chief Olusola Oke for Imeko/Afon, Alhaji Kabir Abiola Abolurin for Ipokia and Ganiyu Ayigbola .
The appointees also include Mustapha Fatai for Obafemi-Owode, Hon Semiu Bola Lawal for Odeda, Obafemi Onakoya and Tunde Diya for Odogbolu, Okuwoga Adeyinka for Ogun Waterside, Abiola Ogundeko for Remo North, HON. Gbenga Baruwa and Arole Bello Azeez.
Others are David Tunde Bankole and Alhaji Lukman Akinyemi for Yewa North as well as Akeem Adenle Obanla and Tunji Idowu for Yewa South.
