FBN dispels rumor over  closure of its S/E branches

The First Bank of Nigeria has debunked rumor that was making rounds over the purported closure of its branches in South East Nigerian

This was disclosed by the Group Head, Marketing & Corporate Communications, Folake Ani-Mumuney, First Bank Nigeria yesterday.

Yesterday, it was rumored that the Bank was shutting down all its branches in SouthEast over the security tensions that has become very rife in the region

According to  Ani-Mumuney, all the branches of the bank will be open for business nation wide.

Members of public as well as the Bank’s esteemed customers are indulged to disregard the mischievous rumor.

Her statement reads, “this is to inform the public that our South East branches are fully open for business. Please disregard any news making the rounds that is contrary to this”
