Fast rising Nigerian singer Shogbiyanju Abiola, popularly known as “HOC” has released a new song titled ‘Trabaye’.
This becomes his first official track to be released in the year under the umbrella of HOC records titled TRABAYE produced by Bleumas mix and mastered by Aje on the mix.
Born Shogbiyanju Abiola but going by his stage name “HOC” is a graduate of Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta, Ogun state. He is also a songwriter, performer, entertainer, entrepreneur, public figure and brand influencer.
Being in love with the sound of African music, he uses art and love for music as a way to send enlightening messages.
Filled with creativity, the song “ Trabaye” is merged with the street language ‘Pidgin’ used by the everyday Nigerian. “Trabaye” is filled with analogies that inform how do thing with different imaginations.
His sound is a blend of Afrobeats, HipHop and Dancehall in its elements.
HOD began recording music on HOC Records and through the cause of his journey, he has opened for acts like Lil’lake, Williamx and many others.
