…Charges members on professionalism, ethics, best practices

The Lagos State Chapter of the Estate Rent and Commission Agent of Nigeria, on Wednesday elected it’s new executive to steer the leadership of the renowned Association.
The event, which took place at Utpkor Hall okota was graced by the National President of the Association Hon. Godwin Alenkhe(EFA), the Board of Trustees and not less than 168 delegates spanning around all chapters in Lagos.
Speaking at the commencement of election exercise, the President admonished the contestestants into respective positions to see it’s not just as an opportunity to serve but also a clarion call and do all within there power to advance the course of the Association to the next levels.
In his words, “The occupation of these offices being contested is a mere call to service, but it should be bore in mind that leaders are not insulated from insults, abuses and vilification of names from those you serve.”
Alesh was quick to remind the contestestants, about the dire need to take the Noble profession into higher pedestal than what was obtainable before then.
While congratulating the emerging leaders, the ERCAAN boss charged them to be magnimous in victory and work with others.
The new leaders are: Hon Adeshina Kassim (Chairman), Hon Godwin Demech(Vice Chairman), Hon Julius Aderemi, (General Secretary) Hon Clement Adegbuaro(Treasurer).
Other include; (Financial Secretary) Hon Alh. Ismaila Fawole, (PRO) Hon Prince Adeniyi Adeyemi, (Auditor) Hon Pastor Adekola Ariyo, (Assistant General Secretary) Hon Adeshina Idowu, (Assistant Financial Secretary) Hon Pastor Samuel Adeosun,(Social Organizing Secretary) Hon Mrs. Olubunmi Olukotun, and the Chief Whip, Hon Abiodun Oyefodunrin.
According to him, “Now that you have been elected into various offices, I would urge you to be more holistic and proactive in addressing the myriads of problems confronting the organization.
“What we need now are good leaders to steer the ship of the Association to greater heights.”
Also giving credence to the aforementioned position of the President was the Secretary, ERCAAN Lagos State Chapter, Hon. Gbenga Adenowo, who affirmed that the election was conducted in fair, honest, just and with the overaching interest of the organization at heart.
