EFCC detains Ogun Speaker, Oluomo
The embattled Speaker of the Ogun State House of Assembly, Olakunle Taiwo Oluomo, has been detained by the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) in Lagos.
It was gathered that the Speaker was detained on Monday evening alongside the Clerk of the House, Taiwo Adeyemo and the accountant simply identified as Oladayo.
Another staff of the Assembly who was named as Efuwape and three others were said to have been released on bail because they are junior staff of the Assembly.
Impeccable sources revealed that all the detained people are expected to be arraigned at a Federal High Court in Lagos today, Tuesday.
