The Enugu Electricity Distribution Company (EEDC) has assured South-East residents of 24 hours technical support during and after the Easter festive period.
This is contained in a statement by the Head of Corporate Communications of EEDC, Mr. Emeka Ezeh in Enugu on Friday.
According to Ezeh, we are prepared to provide technical support to attend to any fault that may occur during the holiday period and beyond.
“Our cash offices will be open to customers on Good Friday and on Saturday, between the hours of 9a.m. and 2p.m. respectively.
“We also encourage customers to take advantage of the convenient, easy and safe electronic payment channels to pay their energy bills or recharge their meters during the period, from the comfort of their homes.
“For those that may want to report faults, lodge complaints or make enquiries, they are encouraged to use the 24/7 call center, email and social media platforms to do so.

“For accident and emergency issues, customers are advised to call: 0815 082 4301,” he said.
Ezeh assured customers of the organisation’s commitment to consistently delivering improved services.
“EEDC is using this medium to felicitate with her esteemed customers, as they commemorate the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ this Easter festive period,” he said.
