DSS Arrests UK-Based Nigerian Pastor At Lagos Airport for making political prophesy
Apostle Tomi Arayomi, a Nigerian pastor residing in the United Kingdom, was reportedly arrested by Department of State Service agents. (DSS).
Arayomi is the founder of the RIG Nation and the Pioneer Church in the United Kingdom.
Tobi Arayomi, the twin brother of the cleric, confirmed the news on his Instagram account, @tobiayomi, around noon.
According to Tobi, the cleric was apprehended by DSS agents for allegedly making political prophecies.
He stated, “Hello everyone, I need your assistance. I have just learned that my brother in Nigeria has been detained by the Department of State Services, DSS. My brother has been arrested for political reasons, as has his wife, Tema.
When the DSS spokesperson Peter Afunnaya was contacted about the arrest, he requested that the pastor be contacted instead.
Afunnaya insisted that they contact the pastor directly instead of relying on what a third party said or told them.
However, a few minutes later, Tobi posted an Instagram photo of his brother and his wife along with the statement that they had been released.
Tobi declared, “@tomiarayomi and @tahmar.india are now available. “Many thanks for your prayers.”
