Dr Bosun Tijani takes a tour of Galaxy Backbone Tier 3 Data Centre, head-office

The Honourable Minister of Communications, Innovation and Digital Economy,  Dr. Bosun Tijani, was taken on a tour of Galaxy Backbone Limited (GBB) Corporate Headquarters, by the the Managing Director/CEO, Professor Muhammad Bello Abubakar last week Friday.

As part of his engagements in the Digital economy sector, the new Minister took a tour of the GBB office to stay abreast of the activities of the agency and her role in achieving the targets set by the National Digital Economy Policy and Strategy (NDEPS).

The Minister visited GBB’s Tier III Datacentre, Security Operations Centre, Network Management and Operations Centre and other ICT facilities within the building.

He also took some time to interact with Management and Staff of our organisation.

Appreciating the Minister, the GBB Managing Director/CEO,  Professor Muhammad Bello Abubakar noted that the agency looks forward to his inspiring leadership and working with him towards enhancing smart digital applications and systems in the nation.
