The feud attracted passers-by to the scene but the victim had unfortunately suffered several hard slaps accompanied with attacks from dangerous weapons before the intervention of police who arrested the woman for interrogation.

Policemen at the station when contacted, refused to comment but on condition of anonymity said that the woman was arrested on the offence bothering on assault occasioning arms adding that investigation was ongoing with a view to bringing out the facts on the matter before charging her to Court

In a swift reaction, the husband of the suspect, Mr Dennis Ndubisi said that the woman would soon be married to him as a second wife, adding that the suspect had been informed about his decision but chose to cause trouble and disgrace to herself,

”The woman is a widow and I will soon marry her to my wife and I have discussed with my wife before the incident and I don’t know why she was looking for her trouble since I am satisfied with her in everything,” he said.
