Customer service week: FirstBank, GTBank, Access Bank, others reiterate commitment to customers’ satisfaction
To mark the customer service week, some commercial banks in Nigeria have reiterated their commitment to their customers’ satisfaction.
The banks said this against the backdrop of the commemoration of the 2024 Customer Service Week (CSW).
They made the commitment through their official X, formerly Twitter, handle on Monday, saying that customers’ trust in them had enabled their banks to consistently make progress.
First Bank Plc on its X, formerly Twitter, handle said; “We believe in delivering exceptional service that goes ‘Above and Beyond’ just for you.
“You are always our priority. Happy customer service week.”
Fidelity Bank Plc, via X, formerly Twitter, also noted, “Ggoing above and beyond for our customers is more than just a promise.
“It is our reality every day and we wish you Happy Customer Service Week.”
Guaranty Trust Bank on its part wrote, “You are the heart of our success in our operations.
“Our commitment to you guides our every interaction, every decision and every action to go above and beyond again and again.
“Thank you for the trust you continue to invest in us. Happy Customer Service Week,” the bank said.
Also, United Bank for Africa (UBA) Group via X, formerly Twitter, said, “You are at the heart of everything we do, and it is because of you that we continue to push boundaries. c
“Thank you for trusting UBA, here is to go above and beyond every day,” the bank said.
On its part, Access Bank wrote to its customers, “Dear Valued Customer, we are thrilled to celebrate this special week dedicated to you.
“Your trust in Access Bank inspires us to consistently go above and beyond in serving you.
“Thank you for trusting us and for being a part of the Access Bank family. Happy Customer Service Week,” it said.
Customer Service Week is an international celebration of the importance of customer service and of the people who serve and support customers on a daily basis.
The theme for the 2024 Customer Service Week is ‘Above and Beyond.’
This year’s National Customer Service Week (NCSW) is between Oct. 7 and 11.
