Covenant University denies admission list on social media

The Covenant University in Ogun State, Ota, as urged the publics to debunk the story on social media that the 2022/2023 admission list has been released.

According to the Acting Registrar of the Institution, Mrs Regina Tobi-David, gave the advice in a press statement on Monday in Ota.

Tobi-David said that the advice became necessary for parents and students seeking admission into the university to be aware and also stop them from falling victims to scammers and fraudsters.

“The attention of the Covenant University Management has been drawn to a story that the University admission list for 2023/2024 academic session is out.”

However, she added that “the University is yet to commence the screening exercise. Scammers are at work again.”

She further added that any information from any other sources should be disregarded.
