Council chair distributes JAMB forms freely to indigent students in Ojokoro LCDA

The Executive Chairman of Ojokoro Local Council Development Area, Hon. Hammed Idowu D. Tijani,  purchased  JAMB forms freely to indigent students in the LCDA.

Hon Hammed Tijani while addressing the beneficiaries during the sixth phase of the “Youths’ Educational Development” programme of his administration, emphasized on how the administration has contributed significantly to the educational growth of children and youth, also promised that he will continue to launch various programs and projects that will help them have better futures.

Meanwhile, Henry Akinbobola, an education consultant to Ojokoro LCDA urged the beneficiaries to make use of the opportunity of the free JAMB forms by making sure they provide appropriate information in the forms and also ensure adequate prepare  for the forth coming examination.

The Council Manager, Adeyemi Adebola advised the youth to be serious with their studies which will enhance their power of electing and selecting the best government that will take the nation to greater heights.

Engr. Oladipupo Coker, the Council’s Vice Chairman, in his vote of thanks illustrated to the beneficiaries the fact that life is like a bicycle which needs to be balanced to get to one’s destination, stating that the students need to face their studies diligently and not just look at the gift bestowed upon them.

One of the students, Oloyede Kehinde, who responded on behalf of other beneficiaries of the education development programme, appreciated the Council Chairman and his cabinet members for investing the Council’s resources in their the academic career.

She promised that they will all study hard and prepare well for the examination in order to justify the investment.

Present at the event were the members of the Council’s Executive Committee, Legislators, Management, as well as the beneficiaries.
