Concord boss celebrates birthday, milestone in real estate development

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Concord Estate Agency, Chief Isiaka Adekunle is a year older as he celebrated his birthday along with his milestone in real estate development in Nigeria.
The celebration also witnessed an award of honour from The Community Searchlight Magazine due to his impact and contribution in real estate development over the years.
However, the Award of Honour was presented to Chief Adekunle by the Publisher/Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of The Community Searchlight, Mr. Olusola Shofolahan on December 25th, 2020 at the venue of the celebration.
Speaking with our correspondent at the event, the real estate guru, Chief Adekunle appreciated all friends, family and business partner who was presented at his birthday celebration, adding that he won’t be relenting in contributing more to real estate development in the country.
He highlighted the need to harmonize the real estate sector in Nigeria and should be encouraged in order to provide a more comfortable and enabling environment for real estate practitioners.
Speaking, Engineer G.O Ayilara who is an ally of the celebrant, said, “Alhaji Isiaka Adekunle is a good friend of mine and a philanthropist who is a good person and very accommodating. He is an average person and he doesn’t get angry easily. I’ll also use this medium to once again wish him happy birthday with long life and prosperity.”
Chief Adebayo Shofolahan while giving his comment on the celebrant, said, “I met Alhaji Concord not too long ago, however, he has been a perfect gentle man, I shouldn’t have been here today but I cannot afford not to come and celebrate him. Happy birthday to him once again.”
Speaking to our correspondent, Baale Kolekoto, said the celebrant is a wonder man with a loving heart and over the years he has been a good father. He wished him long life and prosperity in his endeavours.
However, Chief Isiaka Adekunle is also a community leader, humanist and philanthropist who has been in the real estate industry for over 30 years with proven records of integrity, vast knowledge and expertise in selling and building exclusive properties which has helped him gain honor, integrity and strong relationships.
