BRG Academy holds 3-day training for realtors

The Billionaire Realtor Group (BRG) Academy recently held a three-day Basic Certification Training for over 250 upcoming realtors.

The training, held from 17th-19th of August at Sky Mall, Lagos aimed at promoting individual development through acquired skills by experts.

The event opened realtors to networking with high selling realtors, BRG Premium ID cards, MSBM UK certified courses and certification, social media marketing and many more.

Beyond creating a competitive edge and insight to realtor, participants were trained on the contemporary means of opening and closing sales, branding, content creation, social media presence as well video and audio production.

During an interview with Nigerian NewsDirect, Dean of BRG Academy, Mr. Emmanuel Osoteku spoke passionately on disrupting the globe with difference in the industry first by changing one’s mindset and belief.

Mr. Osoteku stated that education helps preserve the legacy of the industry as it gives the next generation in real estate a guide to be able to get value.

He said, “Education is just a game changer.

“BRG is here to disrupt the normal, we are disrupting, we bring the Education part of real estate and that is what is disrupting

“Education helps to preserve the legacy if the industry, However, if Education is not there it becomes difficult for the next generation to have a guide to be able to add value. Education is just a game changer.”

Present at the event were expert facilitators from far and beyond who were willing to share indepth knowledge with participants.

A participant of the 2022 BRG Academy training, Olayinka Adewoye, said she was excited to have learnt, unlearnt and relearnt certain things about effective communication with clients, tone, reading as well social media world being a solid means of amassing good lead to bring sales.

“I have come to learn as I came empty and willing to be filled. In the Realtor world, you have to know so much to be able to convince clients so they can buy. So far I have been relearning things from effective communication with clients, tone, social media world as a tool to. Amass more sales.”

Realtor Debbie, a Consultant of the BRG Academy for over six years, said she has made the decision to put herself out there more, as the amazing training has given more insight on the relevance of social media beyond just contact.

“I have been a consultant for BRG for 6 years now. Knowledge is obsolete as you have to always learn, relearn to be better, I feel archaic sometimes, as I am learning a lot more on social media than mere contacts.”

Participants at the training received certifications from the Metropolitans School of Business and Management (MSBM) in the UK and Dubai.
