In what appeared to be a coup, 18 out of the 26 members of the Ogun state House of Assembly have impeached the Speaker, Rt. Hon. Olakunle Oluomo.
Nigerian Newsdirct gather that Oluomo opponent at the last speakership election, Hon. Oludaisi Elemide has been announced as the new speaker.
