A Personality branding expert, Mrs. Temi Ajibewa, has called on the Federal Government to support start- up and give more women necessary training that will enable them to excel in this clime.
She made the call while speaking with Journalists at an Executive Activation Training workshop in Abuja.
Ajibewa, who is also the Founder of The Millionaire Housewife, said that they were willing to partner with Federal Government through the Federal Ministry of Women Affairs to empower women with lucrative social media skills in order to be self-reliant.
She reiterated the need for constant staff training and capacity building in order to boost the productivity of the organization and stressed that the efficiency of the staff increase when they have the necessary information to thrive on the job.
According to the personal brand expert, constant training aids in enhancing staff performance and improve production output.
“The Executive Workforce Activation training has helped in enhancing staff performance and also boosts their morale while at work. This particular training has not only enhanced the capacity of staff of the various organizations but enabled them to become active team players contributing to the growth of the establishment.”
Speaking further, she noted that most online businesses have crumbled due to poor erratic power supply.
“Other major challenges being faced by small start-up include, inadequate training, and poor internet connection in some instances. If the necessary infrastructure is in place most business will not crumble”.
Ajibewa therefore advised women to acquire the relevant skills that will make them relevant in today’s world.
