Be steadfast in prayers for your homes, Nigeria — Osun First Lady to women

Nigerian women have been implored to hold tenaciously to the efficacy  of prayers to God  in order to build a good home for the over development of the larger society.

The wife of Osun State Governor, Mrs Kafayat Oyetola made this known while hosting a delegation of Nasfat management committee led by its Women Affairs Secretary, Hajia Bola Kupolati.

Mrs Oyetola said he who believes strongly in the efficacy of prayers at all times will have everything going smoothly for him or her in life.

Mrs Oyetola stated, “I must commend the resilient and dedication of Nasfat  in the area of its  religious and non religious affairs in this country.

“You have done so well in building good homes and overall  societal development and cohesion through your strictly faith  based religious tenets and activities.

“It will not be out of place to state that NASFAT has made its impacts felt tremendously. This is commendable  and we are proud of you.”

She also lauded Nasfat for the giant strides it has recorded in sectors like health, education as well as the various women empowerment programmes, which according to her are aimed at boosting and enhancing the living standard of women and the larger society.

Mrs Oyetola pledged the readiness of her NGO, IleriOluwa Development Initiatives, not to back out from doing things that will  promote the good and healthy living of women, children, and the aged.

She also mentioned her scheme, the Gbebiro Initiatives, which will soon commence its corporate objectives of  reducing maternal mortality among the pregnant women in addition to protecting  and catering  for age 0-5 years children in  all the local government areas of Osun.

Speaking during the courtesy call, the leader of the delegation who is also the  NASFAT Women Affairs Secretary, Hajia Bola Kupolati appreciated the first lady for the warm reception and hospitality accorded her and her team.

Hajia Kupolati said  NASFAT today boasts of 360 branches across Nigeria with its presence being felt in different countries of the world.
