Batch ‘B’ stream II corps members will start their orientation on August 28

The National Youth Service Corps has released the schedule for the 2024 Batch ‘B’ Stream II Orientation Course.

This information was detailed in a circular dated August 7, 2023, titled “2024 Batch ‘B’ Orientation Course.”

Signed by Ahmed Ikaka, Director of PRS, on behalf of the Corps’ Director General, the circular indicates that the orientation will be held in all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory.

The orientation course is scheduled to begin on Wednesday, August 28, 2024, with registration taking place from August 28 to August 30.

Registration will close at midnight on Friday, August 30, 2024.

The swearing-in ceremony, which officially marks the start of the service year for new corps members, will be held on Friday, August 30, 2024.

Following the swearing-in, the course will continue with activities designed to prepare corps members for their service year, concluding with a closing ceremony on Tuesday, September 17, 2024.
