Babcock alumni student shine at Nigeria Student Venture Prize, came second

A company, LockBook Ltd., co-founded by three Babcock University alumni and a final year student of the University recently participated in Nigeria Student Venture Prize (NSVP) competition and came second while representing the university.

According to statement from the University, the representatives of the school were said to have won a grant prize of N1M as well as a postgraduate scholarship.

About 10,000 contestants were said to have participated in the competition but the university’s representatives made it to the grand finale among other outstanding Nigeria university students, with their innovative business ideas.
