Babawande picks Reps nomination form, begins wards tours

A renowned US trained psycho-logist and House of Representatives aspirant for Ifo/Ewekoro federal constituency in 2019 general elections, Prince Adebayo Babawande recently confirmed his readiness to serve his people in the next political dispensation by picking his PDP nomination form for House of Representatives race at the State party secretariat, Abeokuta.
Prince Babawande who was accompanied by his wife, Olanike and other party chieftains to the party secretariat restated his desire to use his tenure to make life worth living and more meaningful for the residents of the federal constituency.
The aspirant who recently organised a multimillion naira free medical services for over 3,000 people across Ifo and Ewekoro local governments disclosed that he would give priority to issues affecting youth and women empowerment, scholarship for the students, free medical services among other development projects that would make life more desirable for the people of the federal constituency.
Prince Babawande has also kicked off ward tour of his federal constituency with a view to acquainting the party leaders and members of his robust plans and intention to represent the constituency at the House of Representatives in 2019. Some of the wards visited were Coker, Arigbajo and Wasinmi.
The aspirant who was usually received at these wards with songs and dancing promised to float a special soft loans scheme to support the people of the federal constituency and save them from the anguish of popular difficult loan called Gbomulelanta in local parlance that many of them, especially the women had collected with nothing to show for it.
Mrs Olanike Babawande, wife of the aspirant in her short remark during the tour appealed to the people to support the ambition of her husband promising that many life changing programmes for the women and their children and which would make life more rewarding for them are part of the desires fuelling the political ambition of her husband.
