Arsenal is set to hijack Chelsea transfer target, Moises Caicedo, who currently plays for Brighton.
According to transfer expert, Fabrizio Romano, Arsenal has submitted a 60 million bid to Brighton for Caicedo’s signature amid the ongoing January transfer window.
Romano disclosed this in a tweet via his Twitter handle on Friday.
He tweeted, “Arsenal have submitted £60m bid to sign Moises Caicedo as a new midfielder.
“Chelsea had a £55m verbal proposal rejected this January as Brighton hoped to keep the player but Arsenal is now pushing.
Negotiations have entered key stages for Caicedo’s future.”
Recall that Chelsea is among the three Premier League clubs fighting to sign Caicedo from Brighton.
