Amuzu inaugurates two borehole projects in Abeokuta, rallies support for PDP over Saturday elections

Abeokuta South PDP House of Representatives candidate for the Saturday elections, Chief Toyin Amuzu has decried the level of infrastructural deficit in the federal constituency, with an assurance to facilitate more projects to the area when elected to represent the constituency.

Chief Amuzu stated this in Abeokuta while donating two motorized borehole water projects to Erunbe and Shodipe compounds in Oke Ijeun areas of Abeokuta South Local government.

He said he would facilitate infrastructural projects and services, most especially in the areas of health, social security, education, agriculture, youth development, security and empowerment among others.

Amuzu, who is the Asiwaju Leragun Egba assured of legislating for the good of the people to enact laws that would impact directly on them, saying “the tour of polling units across Abeokuta South Federal Constituency has afforded me the opportunity to interact freely with the people who gave me first hand information on their plights and needs”.

He lamented, the level of decay and infrastructure deficit, noting that “some communities do not have ordinary linking bridges, health centre and other needs that could make life easy for them”.

According to him, the donation of the two borehole projects the 18th which he was donating is in line with his vision of putting the people first.

He however, pleaded to the people to vote wisely for the PDP that will take them out of poverty and bring dividends of democracy to them all.

In his words Chief Amuzu said ”vote for Alhaji Atiku Abubakar on Saturday, Vote for me your son, your brother for house of representatives, Olumide Aderinokun as senator, Ogun central, Lukmon Atobatele and Idowu Olowofuja as members house of assembly constituency 1 and 2 in Ogun state to be out of poverty and inadequacy”.

Chief Amuzu, who assured of quality representation promised to empower women, youths, men and facilitate construction of classroom blocks, skills centres, town halls, construction of earth roads, asphalt overlay, solar street lights, motorized boreholes, and toilets, among other projects as budgeted and approved by the National Assembly.
