A truck breakdown at Ipodo Junction inward Ikeja under the Mobolaji Bank Anthony Way bridge caused traffic congestion on Monday.
The Lagos State Traffic Management Authority (LASTMA) confirmed that the vehicle obstructed movement on the axis, resulting in slow traffic flow toward Ikeja and adjoining routes.
According to reports LASTMA personnel were immediately deployed to the scene to manage traffic and facilitate the evacuation of the obstruction.
The agency stated that operatives were working to restore normal movement along the busy route.
“Our personnel are on ground ensuring ease of traffic flow and swift evacuation of the impediment,” LASTMA said.
