Chairman of SIFAX Group, Dr Taiwo Afolabi, has extended warm congratulations to the Comptroller-General of the Nigeria Customs Service, Adewale Adeniyi MFR, following his historic election as Chairperson of the World Customs Organization (WCO) Council.
