Police Declare Three Wanted Over Alleged Same-Sex Practice in Ibadan

No fewer than three persons have reportedly been declared wanted by the Nigerian Police in connection with an ongoing investigation into alleged same-sex activities said to have taken place at Alebimoon Hotel, located behind Waterseld in Ibadan, Oyo State.

The 3 wanted suspects are Kazeem Adewale, Kingsley John and Mustapha Hafiz.

According to information gathered, the incident reportedly occurred on April 14, 2026, after operatives of the Nigeria Police Force attached to the Oyo State Police Command arrested a suspect upon receiving intelligence reports concerning the alleged secret activities of the group at the hotel.

Police sources disclosed that one of the principal suspects name , identified as Mr. Kazeem Adewale was given along with 2 others after confessional statement was obtained from the arrested suspect at the hotel.

The Oyo State Police Command subsequently declared the fleeing suspects wanted as investigations into the matter continue.

Meanwhile, the suspect identified as Mr. Kolawole Joseph who is currently in custody, was reportedly apprehended during the raid and is currently facing prosecution in court by the Nigerian police under the provisions of the Same-Sex Marriage (Prohibition) Act 2013.

Security sources further revealed that Kazeem Adewale was last reportedly sighted in Oshodi area of Lagos on April 15, 2026.

The police urged members of the public with credible information regarding the whereabouts of the 3 wanted individuals to immediately report to the nearest police station or contact relevant law enforcement authorities.
