In his response, the IGP expressed appreciation for ALGON’s consistent support and acknowledged the association’s role in enhancing police effectiveness over time.

He noted the operational challenges faced by officers, particularly those working with limited resources, and commended ALGON’s contributions toward strengthening policing at the local level.

The IGP pledged to build on existing partnerships and called on members of the public to respect officers on duty, while also urging police personnel to remain professional and civil in their interactions with citizens.

Disu further reaffirmed his commitment to improving the capacity of the Force and ensuring that officers are better equipped to serve the nation.
