Nigerian TikTok personalities Peller and Jarvis have sparked reactions online after sharing highlights from their luxury vacation in the Maldives, offering fans a glimpse into their high-end getaway.
The duo, known for their viral “human AI” skits and widely followed relationship, arrived in the island destination on April 14, posting videos of overwater villas, seaplane transfers, and scenic ocean views.
Peller revealed that the trip came at a significant cost, estimating his total spending at nearly ₦30 million.
“I spent ₦30 million on my trip to the Maldives, and still had to show $10,000 cash just to enter the country,” he said in one of the clips.
He further described the destination as one that requires substantial financial planning.
“Maldives is very costly. You literally have to spend all your savings to come here. The money I spent with my girlfriend on this trip is almost ₦30 million,” he added.
Despite the expense, Peller maintained that the trip was worthwhile, noting that he had already recovered the funds spent, while advising others to have a financial backup before embarking on such luxury travel.
“If you want to come to a place like this, you have to have a backup plan and have people by your side,” he said.
The couple’s posts quickly generated buzz on social media, with fans reacting to both the scale of spending and the pair’s relationship dynamic. Many praised Peller for his grand gestures, while others weighed in on their on-and-off romance, which has remained a subject of public fascination.
