Hon. Benjamin Olabinjo has been honoured as Lawmaker of the Year at the Nigerian NewsDirect 15th anniversary award ceremony, earning recognition for what the organisers described as his outstanding legislative contributions.
Speaking shortly after receiving the award, Olabinjo expressed gratitude to the media organisation for considering him deserving of the honour and commended its management for sustaining the publication for fifteen years. He dedicated the award to the people of Ifako-Ijaiye Federal Constituency, saying their support and trust continue to motivate his work at the National Assembly.
The lawmaker pledged to do even more in the years ahead, promising to exceed the expectations of his constituents and remain committed to effective representation.
