The Nigeria Revenue Service (NRS) has launched ‘Rev360’, a new digital tax administration platform designed to modernise the system and improve service delivery to taxpayers.
In a statement on Wednesday, the NRS said the rollout marks its transition to what it described as “Tax Administration 3.0”, a shift from manual and fragmented processes to a more integrated and technology-driven system.
The service said Rev360 is designed to simplify tax processes, improve transparency, and provide real-time visibility into tax transactions, while strengthening compliance and enhancing the taxpayer experience.
Speaking on the significance of the launch, Zacch Adedeji, executive chairman of the service, said the platform represents a strategic move to strengthen trust in the tax system and support economic growth.

“Rev360 is more than a platform, it is a statement of intent. It reflects our commitment to building a tax system that works seamlessly for every Nigerian, strengthens trust in public institutions, and supports the growth of our economy,” Adedeji said.
“This is about creating a future where tax administration is not a burden, but an enabler of national development.”
The agency also said it conducted a nationwide readiness programme ahead of the rollout, including end-user training across tax offices, stakeholder webinars, sensitisation sessions, and live demonstrations of the platform.
The organisation said a feedback and support framework, including frequently asked questions (FAQs) and a multi-channel response system, has been deployed to ensure continuous engagement with taxpayers and other stakeholders.
“These efforts are aimed at ensuring that taxpayers, consultants, and all users of the platform are not only aware of Rev360, but fully prepared and supported in its use,” the statement added.
The service said the transition to the new platform will be implemented in phases, starting with medium and emerging taxpayers before extending to government institutions and large taxpayers.
The NRS also said the launch of Rev360 underscores its commitment to modernisation, operational efficiency, and improved taxpayer services as part of ongoing reforms in revenue administration.
