NMDPRA Acting CE unveils new organogram

The Acting Authority Chief Executive of the Nigerian Midstream and Downstream Petroleum Regulatory Authority (NMDPRA), Mr. Abiodun Adeniji, has unveiled a new Organogram alongside the Authority’s Corporate Policy and Procedural Guidelines in a significant step toward strengthening institutional efficiency and governance.

The unveiling ceremony, held at the Authority’s headquarters, brought together Management and the entire Staff body, as key stakeholders in the transition process.

In his remarks, Mr. Adeniji described the new organogram as a strategic framework designed to enhance operational clarity, improve coordination across departments, and align the Authority’s functions with its regulatory mandate.

He noted that the introduction of the Corporate Policy and Procedural Guidelines underscores a renewed commitment to transparency, accountability, and standardisation of processes within the organisation.

According to him, the guidelines will serve as a comprehensive reference for staff, ensuring consistency in decision-making and service delivery.

Mr. Adeniji emphasized that the reforms are part of ongoing efforts to reposition the Authority for greater efficiency and responsiveness in the evolving oil and gas sector.

He also urged staff members to embrace the new structure and adhere strictly to the guidelines to achieve the desired institutional goals.

The ceremony concluded with a call for collective responsibility among staff to drive the successful implementation of the new framework, marking a new phase in the Authority’s pursuit of excellence and regulatory effectiveness.
