Nigerian heavyweight boxer Efe Ajagba has been ranked among the world’s top 10 fighters by The Ring magazine.
In its latest rankings released on Thursday, the 30-year-old secured the No. 10 spot, marking his entry into the sport’s most respected independent ratings.
Ajagba, who boasts a professional record of 20 wins, one loss, and one draw (14 KOs), joins an elite lineup of heavyweight contenders. His consistent performances in recent bouts have reignited his world title ambitions and solidified his status as Africa’s leading force in the division.
The heavyweight list is led by Oleksandr Usyk of Ukraine, who holds the champion’s position, followed by Britain’s Tyson Fury at No. 1 among contenders. New Zealand’s Joseph Parker and Germany’s Agit Kabayel complete the top three.
