Mutual Benefits Assurance sets Jan.28 for board meeting, maintains closed period

Mutual Benefits Assurance Plc has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, to consider and approve the Group’s Management Financial Statements for the fourth quarter ended December 31, 2025.

In a statement signed by the Company Secretary, Jide Ibitayo, the insurer confirmed that it is currently observing a Closed Period which commenced on January 1, 2026.

This period will remain in force until 24 hours after the Q4 financials and the audited full-year statements are released to the public.

During this window, insiders and their connected persons are strictly prohibited from dealing in the company’s shares, in compliance with the post-listing rules of the Nigerian Exchange Limited (NGX).

The company reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and corporate governance, ensuring that shareholders and the investing public continue to have access to timely and accurate financial information.
